Our Ship Agency services include sales and marketing of freight services including refrigerated cargo, inward and outward Customs clearance of vessels, port operations, load and discharge plans, cargo claims handling, bunkering, vessel and cargo documentation, timely remittance of freight collects and transshipments. We have a highly trained and dedicated team who offer crew assistance and advice in the expediting of cargo operations.
We assist you with:
Pre-Arrival/Departure
- Book pilots for inbound and outbound vessels
- Attend Port Office berthing meeting
- Submit vessel arrival condition including ROB (Bunkers IFO/MGO/Fresh Water)
- Submit vessel documents to the marine department
- Notify Customs and Immigration for clearance
- Arrange tug and mooring boat for vessel berthing and unberthing
- Arrange and/or booking mooring gangs for vessel berthing and unberthing
- Arrange supply of fresh water and provisions (upon request)
- Arrange stevedores for discharging/loading of cargo (if required)
Anchored
- Attend to the requirements of Master and Crew
- Coordinate delivery of deck stores/engine room stores/engine spare parts… etc.
- Coordinate repair work with technician for deck machinery/engine room machinery/deck and engine room hot jobs, and further assistance as requested by Master and Chief Engineer
- Delivering bonded stores to the vessel
